Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("Agreement") is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service of Moxby, a product operated by Workado LLC.

1. Parties

Data Controller: Your company

Data Processor: Workado LLC (dba Moxby), 20280 N 59th Ave Ste 115-141, Glendale, AZ 85308, United States

2. Purpose and Scope

This Agreement outlines Moxby's role as a data processor for personal data provided by the client, in compliance with GDPR.

3. Obligations of the Processor

• Only process personal data per the Controller's instructions
• Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data
• Assist the Controller with data subject rights requests
• Notify the Controller of any data breach without undue delay

4. Subprocessors

Moxby may use subprocessors for hosting, analytics, and communications. A current list is available upon request.

5. International Data Transfers

Transfers of data from the UK/EU to the US are governed by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA).

6. Termination and Deletion

Upon termination of the agreement, Moxby will delete or return personal data, unless required by law to retain it.
