Account actions
Open the profile or settings area in Moxby to confirm the signed-in email, manage the plan, review usage, and access account-specific setup.
Plan changes
After an upgrade or trial start, reopen the extension or refresh account status if new features do not appear immediately. Make sure the website, extension, and Bridge use the same Moxby account.
Plan allowances
Token-savings figures describe plan allowances and measured activity. They are not a promise that every conversation will save the full amount. Actual results depend on the model and workload.
Marketplace requirements
A Marketplace listing can require Free, Plus, Pro, or Max. If your plan does not meet the requirement, Moxby keeps the listing unavailable until you upgrade.
