Define the Mission
- Goal: the business outcome the Mission should improve.
- KPI: the number or state used to judge progress.
- Target: the level and time window you want to reach.
- Source of truth: where Moxby reads the result.
- Cadence: when the Mission evaluates and acts.
- Action boundary: what can run automatically and what requires review.
Review the plan
Before activation, confirm that the source of truth is reliable, the target is realistic, and the allowed actions match your risk tolerance. A good Mission can explain what it will measure, what it will try next, and when it will stop for approval.
Activate
After approval, the Mission appears in Mission Control. The first runs establish the baseline and begin collecting evidence.
