A Mission evaluates the outcome of its work, not just whether each step ran. This feedback helps Moxby refine the operating plan.
Plan, do, review
- Plan: choose the next approach based on the target, current state, and prior evidence.
- Do: run the approved work.
- Review: compare the measured result with the expected result.
- Improve: preserve what worked and change what did not.
Learning needs stable measurement
If the KPI definition or source changes constantly, Moxby cannot compare runs fairly. Update the Mission deliberately when the business definition changes, and keep a note explaining the new baseline.
Human judgment remains part of the loop
Use reviews to reject weak evidence, stop unsafe changes, and adjust the strategy when the goal or environment changes. Autonomy works best when the target is clear and the boundaries stay visible.
